Shipping Policy
Orders from Puraberry are being shipped on a regular basis. However, there may be slight delays in the orders due to unavoidable circumstances. Rest assured, your product will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Our delivery partners are trying their best to stay on top of the situation.
Your order is usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours once it has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking details. You can also log in on the Puraberry website and track your order.

If you are not satisfied with any of our products after you have received it, you can return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery and we will initiate a refund.

Our customer service team will process the cancellation and initiate a refund within three to four working days if the order is not dispatched.
If the order has been dispatched and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept the order and intimate our team. Prepaid order refunds will be processed as per the returns policy.
